Pop superstar Justin Bieber tweeted his 27 million fans a shirtless photo of him, showing off a brand new tattoo near the collar bone.
The tattoo was of a crown, and the best way to tell the whole world of your new tattoo is to tweet it, of course. And since this is Justin Bieber we’re talking about, he has tweeted his shirtless photo to his shrieking 27 million fans, mostly are giggling teen girls.
He wrote:
